"In Six Days: Why Fifty Scientists Choose to Believe in Creation" is a book compiled by John Ashton. Fifty scientists write short essays on their reasons for believing in creationism. Not the best read because the authors are scientists, not writers. but it has lots of good information in it.

This is the book that helped Michael Behe to reject his evolutionary beliefs to embrace creationism. I have heard great things about this book.

Darwin's Black Box - Michael Behe

This book is about Michael Behe's theory called "irreducible complexity." This means that there are biochemical structures so complex that they could not have evolved through natural selection. Therefore, they must have been created.

Ben Stein's - Expelled

The Case for a Creator

"The Case for a Creator" lays out some compelling reasons to believe in a creator. From astronomy to physics to biology, the data show the fingerprints of God. The other 2 books are also by Lee Strobel and are great books. I recommend all of these.

The Theological Theory of Evolution

this is a great book that details why the theory of evolution is a theological theory rather than a physiological one. its worth the read.
